Privacy policy
Last updated 19 October 2026
Perym is in early access. Right now the only personal data we collect is what you give us when you join the waitlist. This page explains what that is, why we keep it, who can see it and how to have it deleted. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Nopi, Luxembourg, which runs Perym. You can reach us about anything on this page at [email protected]. We will reply within one month, usually much sooner.
What we collect, and why
| Data | Why | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Your email address | To invite you to early access and send occasional updates about Perym | Your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) |
| Where you are in perimenopause (your own answer) | To decide who to invite first and what to build first | Your explicit consent, because this can be health information (GDPR Art. 9(2)(a)) |
| Which wearable you use | To decide which devices to support first | Your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) |
| Whether €9.99 a month seems worth it | To set a fair price | Your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) |
We do not collect wearable data, symptoms or any other health data on this website. When the Perym app opens, it will have its own privacy notice and will ask for your consent again, separately, before reading any data.
What we never do
- We never sell or rent your data, and never share it with advertisers.
- We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site, and no third-party analytics.
- We do not use your answers to make automated decisions about you.
Where your data is kept
Waitlist answers are stored in this website’s database on servers in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, provided by our hosting company (GoDaddy, through Host Europe). Our fonts are stored on the same server, so your browser does not contact Google when you visit.
The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which protects it from attacks and may process technical data such as your IP address while you browse. Cloudflare is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and acts on our instructions under a data processing agreement. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell people from bots.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and in any case no longer than 12 months after the Perym app opens to the public. After that it is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time, by writing to [email protected] or using the unsubscribe link in any email. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did with your data before. If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Luxembourg data protection authority, the CNPD (cnpd.public.lu), or the authority in your own country.
Children
Perym is for adults. Please do not join the waitlist if you are under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top, and if the change matters we will email the waitlist before it takes effect.
